Jared Schwerdt, age 19, was last seen leaving his Levittown residence on a blue-and-white bicycle Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 5:40 p.m., according to Nassau County Police.
Authorities are now saying he has autism and may be in need of medical attention.
He is described as being 5-foot-9, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a red spider jacket with white and black stripes as shown in the new photo above, black athletic pants and gray shoes. He was riding a blue-and-white Schwinn bike and may have traveled to the Bronx, Queens, or Manhattan.
